A graduate of Colorado’s prestigious Armbrust Real Estate Institute, David is well-versed in market analysis and trends, providing his clients with valuable insights to make informed decisions.
David brings over a decade of experience in customer service. David has been immersed in real estate throughout his life, currently working under the guidance of his mentor, Sharon Nowlin, a seasoned professional with over 20 years in the business. Previously a mobile notary, David also has firsthand knowledge of the real estate process and a solid foundation in the industry.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors through hiking and snowboarding, and giving back to his community. As a mentor to young men, he is passionate about making a positive impact beyond real estate.
